One injured in rollover
KINGMAN – Police believe monsoon season storm activity was a factor in a Wednesday, Aug. 7, crash during which a 2001 Ford sedan came to rest upside down on Andy Devine Avenue. Deputy Police Chief Rusty Cooper said the incident occurred about 5:20 p.m. in the 400 block of the thoroughfare. Cooper the sedan operated by a 75-year-old Kingman woman veered into the lane of a 2018 Cadillac that was also eastbound. “The vehicles made slight contact, at which point the driver of the Ford sedan made corrective action which caused her vehicle to pitch and roll,” Cooper said.
