BULLHEAD CITY – A second-degree murder charge is dismissed in a proposed plea agreement involving a traffic fatality in Bullhead City. Eidy Ruiz, 24, Bullhead City, pleaded guilty Jan. 12 to leaving the scene of an accident involving injury or death. BULLHEAD CITY – A fire fatality is under investigation in Bullhead City. Fire Department Public Information Officer Lori Viles said personnel responded at 12:38 a.m. on Jan. 16 to the fire at the River City RV Park at 2225 Merrill Ave. “Upon arrival, crews reported a fully involved Class A motorhome,” Vile said.
