KINGMAN – The Kingman City Council at their Dec. 17 meeting addressed filling vacancies for the Clean City, Planning & Zoning, PARG, and Transit Advisory Commissions. Mike Blair was appointed to a seat on the Historic Preservation Commission. The commission currently has a second seat that remains vacant. Clean City Commissioners C. BULLHEAD CITY – Vacant Planning & Zoning Commission seats was addressed at the Dec. 17 Bullhead City Council meeting. The commission currently has two vacancies and one potential appointee, Aaron Lopez. Lopez was scheduled to speak about his appointment but did not because of his involvement in a championship softball game. In Lopez’ absence, the council approved his appointment unanimously.
