BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City, Mohave County probation, sanitation contractor Republic Services and citizens will partner in a community cleanup organized by a homeless task force. City Manager Toby Cotter says the target area runs from Home Depot to Community Park where illegal dumping and the homeless have left a mess along the Colorado River. “There have been some areas there that are really nasty,” Cotter said.
