KINGMAN – Mohave County Animal Shelter will have dogs and puppies for adoption on Friday, Nov. 24 at the Petco parking lot0, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Celebrating Black Friday all black adult dogs over 35 pounds and all adult black cats will be $25.
