Admitted heroin dealer faces prison

A woman who admitted selling drugs in Bullhead City faces possible prison time under terms of a plea agreement entered in Mohave County Superior Court. Dallis Fanning, 36, is eligible for probation but she could also get up to four years in prison.

Fanning pleaded guilty to possession of narcotic drugs for sale during a Wednesday hearing in Kingman. Possession of dangerous drugs for sale and a drug paraphernalia charge are dismissed in the deal.

Deputy Mohave County attorney Jefferson Pyper told the Court that Fanning made admissions following execution of a search warrant at a residence at 1097 Mobile Lane on July 18, 2020. He said that Fanning told officers they would find drugs in the nightstand in her bedroom.

Pyper said officers seized a baggie containing 14.5 grams of heroin at the location she specified. He said Fanning said she engaged in drug sales to support her habit and that her last sale was made the week prior to her arrest.

Sentencing is scheduled before Judge Doug Camacho on Feb. 4.

  1. If she was a drug dealer she would be selling more than just one sell the week prior I think the cops coerced her into saying she sold them. She wasn’t caught in the act selling drugs.
