The article on William Wachtveitl needs much more explanation. I am his fiancé and I was in the passenger seat. During the whole situation, and it was absolutely self-defense the time that William is getting is absolutely absurd and ridiculous with no one getting hurt. No victims coming to the sentencing, and there’s a reason because they are the antagonizers.
Not the victims I was told by William’s attorney to not come to court and he did not subpoena the other two people involved. I am blind, and this man is my caretaker. I have been stuck out in the middle of nowhere with no help. I have no food. I can’t get my medications. I can’t get health insurance. Because I can’t fill out the paperwork.
William has done nothing but helped the community. And now that he has gone, it is falling apart. At the boat launch there was no way to escape. We had people on all sides of us. And the so-called victims were trying to pull one of our friends out of a boat onto cement. And that is when William said enough was enough and grabbed the gun. This woman is 50 years old and was about to be dragged onto cement from 20 feet.
William is old and he wanted to save his friend. He is also a former marine who has been instilled not to leave a man behind.
I really need help with this injustice. Please help me.
