LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. – Lake Havasu City Parks and Recreation launched a new online registration and reservation system designed to make it easier for residents to access programs, activities, and facility reservations.
The new system, ActiveNet, officially went live at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, replacing the City’s current RecTrac system.
ActiveNet serves as the new online destination for Parks and Recreation activity registration, After School Program registration, room reservations, and ramada rentals. The new platform provides a more streamlined and user-friendly experience, allowing residents to manage activities and reservations through one online account.
One of the biggest improvements is the ability to view room and ramada availability online. Residents can see available dates and times before making a reservation, making it easier to plan gatherings, celebrations, and other activities.
To help residents become familiar with ActiveNet, instructional videos are available on the City’s website that provide step-by-step guidance on logging in for the first time, navigating the new system, registering for activities, and making facility reservations.
