Early voting underway, ballots mailed for Primary Election

MOHAVE COUNTY, Ariz. — Early voting for the upcoming Primary Election began June 24 and continues through July 17, providing voters with convenient in-person voting opportunities at multiple locations throughout Mohave County.

Ballots for voters who have requested to vote by mail also began mailing on June 24. The Recorder’s Office encourages voters to plan ahead and account for USPS delivery and return times to ensure ballots are received by the deadline. Voters should allow approximately seven days for mail delivery and are advised to return ballots no later than 10 days prior to Election Day. All mail ballots must be received by the Mohave County Recorder’s Office by 7 p.m. on Election Day, July 21, in order to be counted.

Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Early Voting Locations:

Bullhead City, Mohave County Library, 1170 Hancock Rd.

Lake Havasu City, Mohave County Library, 1770 McCulloch Blvd.

Kingman, Mohave County Library, 3269 E. Burbank St.

Ballot drop boxes are available inside each of these locations during Early Voting hours. Additional boxes are located inside the Mohave County Administration Building, 700 W. Beale Street in Kingman, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Election Day will be held on Tuesday, July 21, from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Voters are reminded to verify their assigned precinct before arriving at their polling location.
