Crack sealing work scheduled to begin Monday in Kingman

KINGMAN – The City of Kingman would like to notify residents that crack sealing work is scheduled to begin Monday, February 23, 2026, on Washington Street, Adams Street, Monroe Street, and Jackson Street as part of the City’s ongoing pavement preservation efforts.

Work will begin on Washington Street and continue to Adams Street, followed by Monroe Street, and will conclude on Jackson Street. The work is expected to take place throughout the week, with crews operating daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Residents and motorists are advised to use caution while traveling in these areas and to watch for crews, equipment, and temporary traffic control. Brief delays may occur as the work progresses.

Crack sealing is a preventative maintenance measure that helps protect pavement from water intrusion and deterioration, extending the lifespan of the roadway and reducing the need for more costly repairs in the future.

The City appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation as this important maintenance work is completed.
