Kingman’s I Love Route 66 Fest returns October 10th and 11th

KINGMAN – The Kingman Route 66 Fest will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10th, and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 11th. The event closes each day at 9:00 p.m. Route 66 (Andy Devine) will have a hard closure between Fairgrounds Boulevard and Harrison Street starting on Friday, October 11th at 8:00 a.m. and will reopen on Sunday, October 13th at 12:00 a.m. A detour route will be in place to guide motorists around the closure.

The festival celebrates all things Route 66 from classic cars to road trip music and street art to food truck fare. The festival will be hosted at Lewis Kingman Park, a historic park located on Route 66, and will once again feature craft beers, food trucks, vendors, a mobile zipline, car show, and live music.

While admission to the festival is free, wristbands are available for rides and activity zones. Basic wristbands are $5, and premium wristbands are $20. Both options are valid for both days of the event, giving attendees affordable access to all the thrills and excitement the I Love Route 66 Fest has to offer.
