BULLHEAD CITY — Home Depot in Bullhead City is working in partnership with the Colorado River Women’s Council Leadership class to support the American Legion Post 60 with the completion of a remodeling project.
The leadership class will be providing The Legion with installation of new commercial glue-down laminate flooring, which will be replacing the deteriorated casino-type carpet.
Volunteers will be installing new LED lighting in the main conference room as well as in the outdoor seating area. They will also be cleaning the restroom walls and installing new lighting in them as well.
Outside the Legion location, Team Depot will be repainting many features as well. The parking lot lines will be repainted to include new handicap parking decals, and a picnic table to go along with the five that they currently have will be painted red, white, and blue. Volunteers will also be repainting the big “American Legion” sign in front of the building, as well as the parking stall bollards.
Team Depot will schedule a service provider to conduct an HVAC service to make sure their Air Conditioners are in good condition prior to the summer weather. Lastly, they will be providing them with all the flags of the military as well as the USA flag for their many flag poles at the front of the building.
