Dick Samp Park in Havasu to close temporarily

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Dick Samp Memorial Park in Lake Havasu City will be temporarily closed beginning Thursday, April 3, at 4:00 p.m.  in order to apply a seal coat to the parking lot. This seal coat is designed to extend the life of the pavement. 

The seal coat application starts at the Avalon Avenue entrance and continues through the lower and upper parking lots.

 The park is scheduled to reopen on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. For more information, contact the Community Engagement Officer: (928) 854-0801.
