ERACE holds Meadview cleanup

MEADVIEW – Saturday, November 2, Mohave County ERACE teamed up with local Meadview residents a free community trash day. The event entailed 11 dumpsters ranging from 40 yards to 60 yards in size, all available to take in unwanted household items. Over 100 vehicles contributed trash and one dumpster was completely filled with tires (rims previously removed).  Household appliances were additionally disposed, and scrap metal was reserved for recycling.

Mohave County ERACE further sponsored transport of the waste to the Cerbat Sanitary Landfill, where the operation was completed.

The event was made possible through the aid of private landowner, the Old Trails Demolition Service and over 25 Meadview volunteers.
