KINGMAN – People from all over the county unite for the annual Mohave County Fair, a four-day-long event, throng with lights and thrilling rides for all ages. Mohave County citizens travel from hours away to visit the Mohave County Fairgrounds in Kingman from Thursday, September 12 to Sunday, September 15. Booths from organizations and businesses throughout the county were scattered outside and inside the center, and murals of artwork from Mohave County artists were hung on the center’s walls.

Livestock events were held at the fair. Showmanships led into their livestock judging event, followed by an auction featuring the year’s Mohave County Fair livestock winners.

The main stage hosted almost a dozen different music artists in the four-day span. The Bud Mickle Band, Whip Tail, Spencer Vandeiver, the Outlaw Mariachi, and five other bands were featured on stage. Beginning the weekend, the Hualapai Tribe performed for the fair.

A puppet show was also featured almost every day at the fair.
