BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City Police Department (BHCPD) received more of Betty’s “Caring Cases” from CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocate, representatives last week.

The program was started by longtime Bullhead resident and volunteer Betty Moir, who put the Caring Cases Campaign on the top of her bucket list before she passed away in 2017.

BHCPD officers use these bags, filled with personal and comfort items, when tasked with transitioning children into foster care or other emergency situations.
