Three-act comedy set

KINGMAN – The Imaginary Invalid, a three-act comedy will debut at Lee Williams High School, 4182 N. Band St., on Thursday and Friday, March 15 and 16. The Imaginary Invalid is a classic comedy by the great French playwright Molière and was first performed in 1673. It’s the story about a hypochondriac who tries to arrange a marriage between his doctor and his daughter to save him money on his medical bills! His plan sounds well and good but what would happen if she was already in love with someone else? Come see for yourself how this outrageous comedy unfolds! The production of The Imaginary Invalid is hosted by Kingman Center for the Arts, and directed by Kristie Uhler. Pre-sale tickets are available at kca.ludus.com/index.php.
