Kingman continues striping operations

KINGMAN – The City of Kingman is continuing striping operations, with white roadway markings starting Monday, July 13. Typical times will be from 5:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Crews are finishing the striping operations with white striping, as the yellow striping took place in late May.

Crews will only occupy one lane, and in most areas, drivers will be able to drive around striping vehicles, however we ask drivers to use caution around crews. The city recommends drivers not drive through newly applied paint but depending on temperatures, paint can dry within about 30 seconds. The schedule will be dictated by wind and traffic, therefore an exact map and location of crews during striping is unavailable, however crews will be throughout the city through next week. Once again, the city asks the motoring public to use caution when driving near and around striping crews.
