Cannabis seminar is Wednesday

KINGMAN – A Kingman High School graduate who founded the Nevada-based Chamber of Cannabis will speak at a Wednesday, May 26 seminar hosted by the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce. Tina Ulman will focus on business and health aspects of the marijuana industry during the “Cannabis and Commerce: How Will They Grow Together” event.

“One of our main priorities is educating the community on cannabis, both for commerce and health reasons and breaking stigmas and stereotypes that people may have had for 40 years so they can have concrete, scientific facts and make educated decisions for themselves,” Ulman said. “I want Kingman folks to see what’s going on in the rest of the United States and elsewhere in Arizona.”

The hour-long seminar that starts at 6:00 p.m. is free and open to the public at Beale Celebrations, 201 N. Fourth St. Call (928-753-6253) or email (chamber@kingmanchamber.com) to RSVP for the seminar.
