Public invited to provide feedback on proposed water and wastewater rates

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City is undergoing a water and wastewater utility rate study. The study helps ensure that sufficient revenues are recovered through our rates to pay for the continued operation of our non-profit water and wastewater system.  We must also ensure that our rates and fee structure are aligned with the community’s values.

To increase public understanding of the proposed rate plans, please join the project team for an open house-style public Q&A presentation on Friday, February 19, at the Community Center, located at 100 Park Ave.  There are three presentations scheduled, so that residents can come and go throughout the afternoon.  Presentations are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.. The project team will share an overview of the rate study, present the proposed rate structure options and answer any questions you may have regarding the proposed changes.

In-person attendance is limited and those in attendance are asked to follow CDC guidelines.
