$34,000 in meth seized

KINGMAN – Drugs and weapons were seized late Friday when Kingman police responded to a report that unconscious subjects were spotted inside a vehicle parked at a business in the 3400 block of Stockton Hill Road. David Joe Concepcion, 44, and Amber Rodriguez Copsey, 24, were taken into custody at about 11:00 p.m.

“Copsey and Concepcion were found to be under the influence of drugs,” said deputy police chief Rusty Cooper. He said officers confiscated about 12 ounces of methamphetamine, marijuana, two handguns, body armor and assorted drug paraphernalia related to sales activity.

Cooper said the seized meth has an estimated street value of $34,000. The suspects were booked into jail for possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, weapons misconduct and misconduct involving body armor.
