More back-to-school safety
It’s that time of year again… congested morning traffic, school buses stopping frequently and kids scattered through crosswalks. It’s “back-to-school” next week and the Bullhead City Police Department would like to start off the new school year safely. Over the summer, motorists have been used to driving the normal speed limit, but people need to be aware of the change. Children will be excited getting to and from school while using the intersections and crosswalks, so drivers should watch the road carefully for pedestrians and kids on bicycles. Officers will be out enforcing the 15 mile per hour school zone speed limit….
