Parks & Rec offers Bobbing for Pumpkins

KINGMAN – Kingman Parks & Recreation is offering two sessions of Bobbing for Pumpkins on Saturday, Oct. 19. “Bobbing for Pumpkins” provides a playful and entertaining way to celebrate the autumn season. It’s especially popular among children and families. It adds a touch of fall spirit to gatherings and often results to laughter and cheers from the spectators. Just be sure to have towels nearby, as participants swim to pick out their pumpkin in the pool. 

You will get wet during this delightful fall activity!

46th Annual Mighty Mud Mania slated

KINGMAN – The 46th Annual Mighty Mud Mania sponsored by the City of Kingman will be held at Firefighter’s Memorial Park. Mud Mania is an annual event that is enjoyed by all each year and is open to anyone wanting to take part in this annual summer ritual which signals the start of the upcoming school season. Firefighter’s Memorial Park will be the scene of the crime as nearly 600 brave souls will slip and slosh their way to a dirty and gritty ending while trying to win the trophy of fastest mud runner in their age division.
