KINGMAN – After more than four years of successful operation in Bullhead City, Rivyve Behavioral Health is opening a Kingman behavioral health facility to aid adults in their mission to overcome substance abuse.
Chief Executive Officer Kristen Ott said the Kingman Rivyve will begin serving clients on Monday, March 3. The 46-bed residential facility is located within the Gardens Rehab & Care Center, west of the old Safeway shopping center at 3131 Western Avenue.
“Since inception, Rivyve has been focused on making a positive impact in our community by providing quality behavioral health residential services for those struggling with addiction and the co-occurring disorders that come with those addictions,” Ott said, during a recent Kingman city council meeting.
Ott said some 1,500 clients have completed their recovery and transitioned through the programs since the Bullhead City facility on Silver Creek Road began operating in late 2019. She said about 500 of those who’ve transitioned return for weekly “alumni” groups hosted at Rivyve.
“Rivyve Behavior Health’s mission is to create an environment of healing that ensures safety and supports stabilization with the use of evidence-based treatment,” Ott said. “Our Rivyve Behavioral Health leadership team provides a vast amount of experience and the operational and medical aspects of the field, which is important to ensure a longstanding presence in this community.
