Two family teams were asked a question and the team that came closest to the popular survey vote won the game as celebrity host Steve Harvey blurted out “Survey Says”! COVID-19 update: 41 new cases, four deaths

MOHAVE COUNTY – Late Wednesday afternoon, the Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified of 41 new COVID-19 confirmed cases, two of which are deaths not reported before, plus two deaths from previous cases. The two deaths from previous cases are a 30-39 year old person in the Lake Havasu City service area and a 90+ individual in the Bullhead City area.  The two deaths from the new cases are an 80-89 person in the Kingman area and a 90+ person in the Bullhead City area. MOHAVE COUNTY – Restaurants meeting certain criteria can welcome dine-in customers once again starting next Monday. KPD Honor Guard honored

KINGMAN – On Wednesday, August 28, members of the Kingman Police Department (KPD) Honor Guard where recognized for their contributions to the Kingman Veterans Treatment Court (VTC). The VTC has held 16 graduation ceremonies over the past four years, celebrating the graduation of 32 veterans. The KPD honor guard, with assistance of the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office honor guard, has opened each ceremony with presentation of our nation’s colors. MOHAVE COUNY – Late Monday afternoon, the Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified of 40 new COVID-19 confirmed cases. Seventeen cases are in the Lake Havasu City service area. Six cases are in the Kingman service area. There are a total of 17 new confirmed cases in the Bullhead City area and that includes two deaths not previously reported, as well as two more Bullhead City area deaths from previous cases. Governor Ducey issues executive order to further protect public health

Governor Doug Ducey yestserday extended an executive order pausing operations on gyms, bars, nightclubs, movie theaters, water parks, and tubing. The order also continues to prohibit large public events and enables local law enforcement to take immediate enforcement action to ensure compliance with the order.
