Hello, I am honored and excited to introduce myself as your new County Recorder, and I want to extend my heartfelt greetings to the remarkable residents of Mohave County. Being a third generation Kingman native, I have deep roots in this community, a profound love for its unique beauty, and an unwavering commitment to its well-being.
I come into this role as a certified Arizona Election Officer and a Certified Election/Registration Administrator, and I bring with me a wealth of experience and expertise in managing the intricate processes of the Recorder’s Office. My journey in public service began in 2018 when I joined the Recorder’s Office team. Over the years, I have gained a deep understanding of the inner workings of the office, the importance of maintaining accurate records, and the significance of efficient public service. It’s been an incredible journey, and it has prepared me well for the role of County Recorder.
In my new capacity as County Recorder, I envision a future where the Recorder’s Office continues to evolve. I am committed to enhancing transparency, streamlining processes, and leveraging technology to make government services more efficient and accessible for all residents of Mohave County. As I step into this pivotal role, I want you to know that I am dedicated to serving Mohave County with integrity, transparency, and a strong commitment to the values that define our community.
The Recording Division assists all residents with the recording of property related documents. This can stem from deeds, liens, mortgages and court documents. Residents can view recorded documents and request copies through the online self-service portal, accessible via this link: https://eaglerss.mohave.gov/web/. The Mohave County Recorder’s Office has implemented a new practice of providing documents immediately at the time of recording, rather than returning the recorded documents by mail. Please provide the Mohave County Assessor 8-10 weeks for the ownership to be updated on their website. The Recorder’s Office staff can be reached at (928) 753-0701 or by emailing recorderhelp@mohave.gov.
We would like to remind citizens that we are here to help in our three main cities. The Recorder’s Office locations and mailing addresses are:

Box 7000, Kingman, AZ 86402), (928)753-0701, Hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Bullhead City Office: 1130 Hancock Rd., (928)758-0701, ext. 2026, Hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed noon to 1 p.m.); Lake Havasu City Office: 2001 College Dr., Ste. 93, (928)453-0702, ext. 3021, Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed noon to 1 p.m.)
The Voter Registration Division has been working on ensuring our voter registration files remain current. If you receive a piece of mail from our office that is not addressed to a member of your household, or is addressed to someone who has passed away, remember to write “Return to Sender” and deposit the mailing back in the U.S. mail. This will inform us of any voter movement and can help keep Mohave County’s voter rolls clean! If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact the Voter Registration Division at (928) 753-0767 or voterregistration@mohave.gov .
If any changes need to be made to your voter registration record, or if you would like to become a registered voter in Mohave County, you may choose to register to vote online through www.servicearizona.com, pick up a paper form in our offices, or call or email our main office to mail you a form. A voter registration form can be used to update information in your record such as your name, mailing address, party affiliation and signature for ballot verification.
Thank you, it is an honor and a privilege to serve as your Mohave County Recorder.
