PUBLIC NOTICE YOU HAVE A VOICE IN AIR POLLUTION CONTROL IN ARIZONA The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit Number 77319 to Transwestern Company, LLC for the continued operation of its Transwestern Pipeline – Kingman Compressor Station located at 40 miles East of Kingman on I-40, Kingman, Mohave, AZ 86401. The mailing address for the facility is 6381 N. Main Street, Roswell, NM 88201. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: nitrogen oxide (NOx), particulate matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), volatile organic compound (VOC), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
