Plaintiff’s lien is not subject to any homestead exemption pursuant to A.R.S. §33-1256; 4. The interest of the Defendants herein are hereby foreclosed, including all persons claiming under Defendants, and Defendants are forever barred from any or all right, title, claim, interest, lien, equity, encumbrance or estate in and to the Property or with respect thereto, except such rights of redemption as it may have by law; 5. Plaintiff’s lien is hereby foreclosed and a special execution is hereby issued to the Sheriff of Mohave County, Arizona, directing him to seize and sell the Property under execution in satisfaction of all amounts due to Plaintiff pursuant to the terms of this judgement; 6.
