Dear Editor,

Imagine the culture-shock, while visiting friends in Kingman, of being visually assaulted by a guy prancing about in an adult diaper in a large glass living room window—going in and out the open front door to punch the doorbell—to then full frontal nudity, whipping off said diaper, while caretakers are in the front yard. It must be exasperating for them to try and contain this resident individual freeing willie, whenever, as he can’t keep clothes on. Obviously, he delights in the attention as he gets bored inside, and apparently gets excited doing this exposure escapade.

Equally appalling is the MCSO’s cavalier attitude towards numerous complaint calls about this public nuisance from the long-term property owners of this once-quiet residential community. To be admonished by an officer, told the guy has civil rights (to fly free), taking precedent over their pursuit of happiness. Possible property values go down in the neighborhood and everyone is told to look away, or to instruct the young girls and neighbors to be tolerant of such aberrant behaviors.

Really?

Bottom line is this: he is a high-dollar revenue source for owners of (acquired Re-Max realty property) a business. A “mentally challenged” man to care for, contain, and cash-in on.

Now an emergency roadside urination or exposure in a school zone gets a guy branded as a sexual predator, but MCSO does nothing to protect your civil rights from such daily displays sans clothing.

Whether this house/occupants are city/county/state licensed or funded to so operate, there’s potential endangerment to himself from pounding holes in interior walls or going through that glass window or even frostbite without alarms on doors at this level of special needs.

This holiday season, tour Nicole Street near Thompson for the free/blatant peep show daily. Would you want to be his neighbor?

Not a prude, just disgusted.
