Saving Animals In Need Together (SAINT) is joining Arizona Gives Day, along with hundreds of other nonprofits from all over the state on Tuesday, April 2, to raise much-needed funds. Through azgives.org, Arizonans will be able to support their favorite nonprofit(s) for exactly 24 hours of virtual giving to strive for additional cash incentive prizes.

“Arizona Gives Day is the perfect time for our community to come together and support the amazing nonprofits making an impact in Arizona,” says Gail Moscato, President, SAINT.

In its second year of participation, SAINT  is excited to spread the word about how local supporters can easily make a difference for pets in need.

“Our organization intends to use these donations to provide spay and neuter assistance to our community. We have a huge need for this service, but many people cannot afford the procedures locally,” says Donna Doyel, Vice President and Saving Lives Director for SAINT.  “Spay and neutering your pet is a huge step towards controlling overpopulation, but more than that, it protects the health of your pet from certain infections and cancers.”

On April 2, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., supporters of SANIT can go to  www.azgives.org/bhcsaint to make a direct contribution.

SAINT provides a low cost spay and neuter voucher program to help make spay and neutering more affordable to the community, and does provide free assistance to veterans and area homeless.  For more information on this program, call SAINT at 928-985-0663 or follow them on Facebook at www.FB.com/bhcsaint.
