KINGMAN – The Kingman City Council voted to end the mask mandate, Tuesday evening at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting; however local businesses can still require face coverings due to their individual store policies. Kingman City Government buildings will still require the use of face coverings in buildings.

The Kingman City Council hopes the community will still respect those who choose to wear masks, and those businesses that post signs to require face coverings.

As a reminder, there are still Governor’s Executive Orders that mandate certain businesses to require face coverings, as well as schools.

Kingman City Manager Ron Foggin said, “I have a duty to keep my employees safe, so I will continue to require masks in all city government buildings.”
