Alternating lane restrictions along Marina Blvd
BULLHEAD CITY – McCormick Construction, under contract with the City of Bullhead City, will begin the reconstruction of Marina Blvd beginning Tuesday, May 23, at 5 a.m.
Intermittent and alternating lane restrictions will be in place along Marina Blvd between Lakeside Dr and Highway 95 while the roadway is reconstructed. Overnight road closures with detours are also expected periodically throughout the project. Business access to the roadway will be maintained during daytime hours.
The reconstruction of Marina Blvd is expected to be completed before the end of June. Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors.
Please use caution while traveling through City work zones. Obey posted signage and traffic control devices.
The work on Marina Blvd is a part of the 2023 City-Wide Paving Project, which will repave Camino del Rio, Marina Boulevard, Lakeside Drive, and Alona’s Way with 3-4 inches of new asphalt. McCormick Construction was awarded the contract for the project during the April 18, 2023 City Council Meeting.
