MOHAVE VALLEY – Excessive window tint and expired registration reportedly prompted a November 4 traffic stop that resulted in seizure of nearly 12 ounces of methamphetamine in Mohave Valley. The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) said the driver, 35-year-old Mark Gardner, Needles, behaved nervously after pulling over at 12:27 a.m. in the area of Barrackman Road and Harbor Avenue.
“Deputies conducted a pat search of Gardner and located a baggie containing 11.7-ounces of presumptive positive methamphetamine, 91 suspected fentanyl blue m30 pills (analysis results pending) and multiple baggies with methamphetamine residue,” said MCSO spokeswoman Anita Mortensen. “The female passenger was released from the scene.”
Gardner was transported to Kingman and booked into the Adult Detention Center for various alleged drug offenses.
