MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue units held their annual Installation and Awards Dinner on Saturday, Feb. 1, with Sheriff Schuster.

Searchers from the Bullhead City Unit, Lake Havasu City Unit, Kingman Unit and the Arizona Strip Unit were recognized for their valuable contributions to search and rescue in Mohave County.

In 2019, the unit searchers responded to about 100 missions for help and numerous training classes throughout the year. Search and Rescue is made possible with searchers who volunteer their time.
