MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified late Sunday afternoon of five new COVID-19 positive cases in Mohave County. Three of the cases are in the Kingman service area and two are in the Lake Havasu City area.

Two of the three Kingman area individuals are in the 20-44 year age range, in isolation, recovering at home, and are not linked to another confirmed case and are not travel related. The third person is in the 45-54 age range, in isolation, recovering at home, and is linked to another confirmed case.

The remaining two cases are both in the Lake Havasu City service area. One person is in the 45-54 year age range, is in isolation and recovering at home. The investigation is pending on that case.  The final case is in the 55-64 year age range, in isolation, recovering at home, and is linked to another case.

There are now 35 positive confirmed cases in the Lake Havasu City area, including three deaths, 88 in Kingman, with a total of 10 deaths there, 1 in “Other”(a small community,) and 15 in Bullhead City, including one death.  There are a total of — 14 deaths in the county from the disease. Total positive cases – 139.
