F/T Domestic Violence Case Manager
The Case Manager promotes the values of empowerment by Kingman Aid to Abused People, providing direct services to survivors and/or their children. Contribute to a team approach to service delivery by holding weekly meetings with survivor’s needs and goals. Flexibility to meet scheduling and fulfill various program needs of the survivors. Manages transitional housing program and ongoing case management to survivors, making appropriate referrals and assuring their goals and objectives are set and achieved. Ability to transport survivors to various locations to meet their goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree from an accredited college with a combination of behavioral health education and work experience totaling a minimum of four years. Two or more years working in the domestic violence field preferred with one year in administration. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and writing. Ability to deal effectively with survivor’s in emotional trauma. A genuine desire to help survivors and children in transition.
Must be CPR and First Aid Certifiable, be able to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card and submit 5-year MVD record. This institution is and Equal Opportunity provider and employer.

Kingman Aid to Abused People (KAAP) has the following positions open: P/T Domestic Violence Advocate – Applicants must be familiar with all aspects of adult and child abuse, with emphasis on domestic and sexual assault, and have ability to work with clients in emotional trauma. Provide supportive and nurturing advocacy to shelter residents and children. Responsible for answering the 24-hour crisis hotline calls. Must pass background check and obtain level one fingerprint clearance card. Shifts Available: Graveyard (Overnight).
