TSN Breaking News, Business News, Community News BULLHEAD CITY - The City of Bullhead City will be holding a ribbon cutting celebration for the Rotary Park Entrance Beautification Project on Thursday, Los Matadores of Bullhead City and BHHS Legacy Foundation. A short dedication ceremony and ribbon cutting will take place promptly at 8 a.m. on Thursday, September 12 at the entrance of Rotary Park on Lakeside and Riverview Dr. Please park in the parking lot near the Pickleball Courts.
