DOT Foods celebrates five-year anniversary

BULLHEAD CITY – Dot Foods, Inc. has reached an exciting milestone as its Arizona distribution center celebrates five years in Bullhead City. The Bullhead City distribution center is hosting an anniversary celebration later this week for its employees and family members, including music, food and games.
In conjunction with this milestone anniversary, Dot is unveiling its newest family health center for employees. This new facility is designed to give Bullhead City employees convenient access to high-quality, low-cost healthcare less than a quarter of a mile from its Bullhead City distribution center; very few Bullhead City area employers offer a near-site clinic as part of their benefits package.
The new Family Health Center will serve approximately 400 people: Dot employees, their spouses, and dependent children enrolled in Dot’s medical insurance. Marathon Health will operate the Dot Foods Arizona Family Health Center, which includes exam rooms, a lab, and office space.
The 1,500 square-foot facility offers a wide variety of healthcare services including: preventative screenings, condition management, and education for high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and more. Employees are able to use the Family Health Center as their primary care provider; annual physicals, wellness screenings, CDL certification, lab work, flu vaccines, and generic prescriptions will also be available at little or no cost to employees.
