Pavement maintenance on US 93 north of Kingman scheduled Dec. 12 to Jan. 12
Drivers should allow extra travel time and plan for delays

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists traveling on US 93 north of Kingman to plan for lane restrictions and brief travel delays while crews perform pavement maintenance on the roadway.
The daytime work will occur from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, beginning Dec. 12, and ending Jan. 12.
- US 93 will be reduced to one lane in each direction approximately between Black Joe Mine Road and Temple Bar Road (mileposts 7-17).
- A vehicle-width restriction of 14 feet will be in effect.
- The speed limit will be reduced in the work zone.
- Motorists should be prepared to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment.
