    All those words to defend the indefensible. This area is a desert. When you use up all the water people need to live because you want a profit, you have committed a huge ethical/moral blunder. Since you want to bring god into the conversation, perhaps you should follow most religious scripture. Most religions say not to harm other people yet if you take all the water, that’s exactly what you are doing.
    You want to blither about law. We no longer have small children working in factories. There are laws against dumping poison into rivers. Laws have been known to change as needed. Banning farming from this area is a good idea.

    you are absolutely correct james. they can use the land any way they want!!!! how ever. just as they do not own the mineral rights, they also do not OWN the water rights!
